2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect strictly to operate our business systems and deliver our services, including:

  • Creating custom local real estate script blueprints.

  • Editing, optimizing, and scheduling your monthly video pipeline.

  • Setting up and managing custom ManyChat automated keyword workflows.

  • Sending monthly analytical growth reports and delivery metrics.

  • Managing your subscription, processing recurring billing, and delivering system updates via electronic communication.

3. Third-Party Integrations & Data Sharing

We do not sell or lease your personal information. To maintain an automated, frictionless operational system, we securely share data with trusted third-party cloud infrastructure tools:

  • Google Workspace (for file storage, scripting repositories, and asset organization).

  • Stripe (for payment processing and billing infrastructure).

  • ManyChat (for comment-to-lead automation execution).

4. Data Retention

We retain your uploaded media assets and project files as long as your service subscription remains active. Upon subscription cancellation, your dedicated cloud folders will be permanently deleted from our primary servers following the final billing cycle.

5. Data Security

We utilize secure cloud environments to protect your personal information and media files against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no digital transmission over the internet can be guaranteed 100% secure.

Welcome to Be More Known (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, purchasing our subscription services, or utilizing our client infrastructure, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please review them carefully.

1. Description of Service

Be More Known operates a productized, done-for-you content marketing and organic lead generation subscription service built for real estate agents. Our delivery scope includes:

  • Providing 12 tailored real estate video scripts every month based on proven market outliers.

  • Premium editing and optimization of your raw mobile video footage.

  • Setting up automated ManyChat keyword workflows on your designated profiles.

  • Monthly cross-platform scheduling and performance tracking.

2. Client Obligations

To ensure successful execution of our automated pipeline, clients must strictly adhere to the following workflow constraints:

  • You are entirely responsible for filming your own scripted videos using your mobile device.

  • You must upload your raw video files to your secure, designated Google Drive folder within the timelines outlined in your onboarding instructions.

  • Late or missing raw footage delivery does not freeze or pause your billing cycle. Unused video editing cycles do not roll over to subsequent months.

3. Payment, Billing, and Plan Tracks

  • Payment Processing: All service access is processed and collected via Stripe. By selecting a plan, you authorize automatic, recurring charges to your payment method.

  • Month-to-Month Flexibility: Billed at $997 monthly. You maintain full flexibility and can cancel your subscription at any time via your automated Stripe billing hub. Cancellation must be processed at least 24 hours prior to your next recurring billing date to avoid being charged for the subsequent cycle.

  • 3-Month Plan Runway: Billed as a single fixed investment of $2,497. This option provides a 16.5% discount ($494 total savings) in exchange for a committed three-month operational runway.

4. No-Refund Policy

All payments made to Be More Known are completely non-refundable. Because our agency immediately commits resources, custom market research, and manual script development upon checkout, we do not provide refunds, partial credits, or pro-rated balances for early termination under any circumstances.

5. Limitation of Liability

Be More Known provides an organic content execution system. We do not guarantee specific lead volume, transaction volume, or income results. We are not responsible for organic algorithm changes, platform restrictions, or service disruptions from third-party platforms like Meta, TikTok, or Google.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of your raw footage and likeness. Be More Known retains ownership of the underlying operational systems, custom workflows, and automated script frameworks developed for our agency brand. Upon final payment approval, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use the final edited media files across your profiles.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your portal access and service delivery immediately if you violate these terms, demonstrate hostile behavior, or fail to clear a recurring Stripe payment invoice.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
